Amendment is the official transformation made to the constitution. There are twenty seven amendments that are ratified in the US Constitution till today.

An amendment is the change that is prescribed to the unique law. In order for an amendment to become a law, it needs two thirds endorsement of both the houses in congress. It’s then sent to the each state legislature which in turn has to contribute three fourths vote. After which the amendment becomes a law.

Amendment can be in the form of any adaptation, alteration, addition or deducting any segment from the constitution.

Mademuasel [1]

Answer:

The answer is fundamental attribution error.

Explanation:

This bias takes place when a person believes the actions of others are due to internal causes (personal traits or emotional states), and holds situational explanations for their own outcomes. In the example, Leelee is disregarding the situation Kara has just experienced, and assumes her attitude is due to her personality.

This error is most common for negative outcomes. For instance, if a football team loses a game, they may justify it by saying they were feeling tired for previous games; the opposite team might simply state they lost because they're poor players.
