mr_godi [17]

Answer:

Explanation below

Explanation:

Advantage of federalism

1. Power is shared among the government.

2. Protecting the citizens especially from tyranny

3. Effectiveness is also seen.

Disadvantages

1. Competition among the arms of government, that is national and state.

2. People are affected due to the competition.

3. A law in one state may be undermined in another state.

It would have been better if the federal government can create a law against Criminal acts which will be adopted by all the states in the United States. This unified law will make all the states to inflict the same judgement on all the criminal acts. And this will prevent each state from making their own law, where it is possible that a punishable act in one state, may be allowed in another state.

soldier1979 [14.2K]

The answer is B. Although you do work forty hours in a compressed work week, it is not the correct answer because the question asks for differences, and you work forty hours in a traditional work week as well. Please help <br>Should schools be able to punish students for speech made outside of school?
Eva8 [605]

Could you imagine being punished for a speech made outside of school. On February 24, 1969, the U.S. supreme court established a new rule allowing free speech and political rights in school settings. Today, many schools are preventing kids from expressing their views and opinions. Doing this breaks students right to freedom of speech and right granted to all equally. So should schools really be punishing students for a speech made outside of school? The answer to that is no.

Why did the Kulak class, in particular, oppose collectivization?
Len [333]
The Kulaks were wealthy farmers in the Soviet Union. Colllectivization meant the collection of private goods, especially land, and handing them over to the state so that they are governed by the whole society.

Collectivisation would mean that the Kulaks would be deprived of their goods, so they naturally opposed it.
