A lot of things did, in various places around the world. The events that jump out in my mind when those dates are mentioned are these:
<u>May 14th, 1948:</u>
The provisional government of the portion of the British Mandate for Palestine that was designated by the UN partition as reserved for Jewish administration declared that it was becoming a free and independent sovereign nation called Israel.
<u>May 15th, 1948:</u>
The massed armies of Syria, Egypt, Jordan, and Iraq rolled into Israel with big signs on the front of their tanks that read "Oh No You're Not !" .
B. In larger groups of people, organization was essential to survival; men took the more powerful role.
It is false. The culture and tradition of
a certain country were defined by the ancestors of the people. Though the industry is more westernize right
now, it doesn’t mean that it is filled with western culture. There might be some instances that we can
clearly see western influence, it doesn’t completely change one’s culture.
"<span>Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that our people, our territory and our interests are in grave danger."
This line was generally directed towards the Japanese-Americans, as it both has a meaning for the people physically living in Japan, and people who were Japanese-descendent.
