whats your opinion for teens having a phone. plz, give your own opinion. will award brainiest for the best answer.
sweet-ann [11.9K]

Answer:

I think that teens should have phones

Explanation:

This is a good thing because it allows kids to be in touch with their parent or gaurdian so they know how they will get home or if they are in sports or something that takes planning. I also think that this is a good idea because it can allow kids to keep up with grades to where they could get notifacations and see if they have missing assignments! It could also help them get help if in a bad situation! For example, if there is a fire or an accident that happened, they would be able to call for help. Having a cell phone could also help your kid to have responsabilites.

Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck!

Answer:

1. Although becoming a pilot was very difficult, Bessie Coleman was determined to succeed.

2. Harriet Quimby wanted to become a pilot even though no other woman in America accomplished this feat.

3. For almost two years, Bessie Coleman worked part-time as a manicurist because she wanted to make extra money.

4. If Bessie Coleman wanted to study in France, she needed to make a lot of money.

5. Until she had her accident, Harriet Quimby was considered an excellent pilot.

Explanation:

The given sentences are examples of complex sentences - sentences that consist of one independent clause and at least one dependent (subordinate) clause.

Independent clauses are clauses that can stand alone as sentences. Every sentence must contain a subject and predicate and express a complete thought. Subordinate clauses can't stand alone as sentences because they lack at least one of these elements. Their purpose is to provide additional information about what is stated in the independent clause.
