V. It’s 2 in the afternoon and everything is prepared for a good food in the Martínez family’s house. Everyone is ready to eat — except Steve. He not here!
-Where is Steve ? — asks the aunt.
- I don’t know, generally, like many North Americans , he is very punctual and specials for food — Says Joseph
- Well, everything is ready. Let’s eat— anonced the aunt—. Maybe he will come late once.
The family sat and ate. Beginning with a soup; then, comes a plate of filets with rice, beans and a garden salad.
By the time dessert is served , Steve still hasn’t arrived .
