Answer:

Racialization

Explanation:

The concept of racialization is also known as ethnicization. It involves the process of giving ethnic or racial identities to a relationship or group that hasn't identified itself as such. When enacting legislation that can only allow members of a particular racial group to hold public office and that categorises people into distinct group, it's a practical example of RACIALIZATION.

Answer:

Racialization

Explanation:

Racialization is defined as the process of attributing racial identities to a relationship, social practice, or some groups that did not identify with ours.

For example, African American women may often be stereotyped as uneducated, loud, or improper. Through Racialization if a woman of African descent immigrated to the U.S people will attribute those same stereotypes to her because through a racial view she fits the African American woman category.

How does Walter Williams explain the role of a U.S. Supreme Court justice?
jok3333 [9.3K]

Answer:

Explanation:

He compares the role of a supreme court justice to that of an umpire in baseball or a referee in football or hockey.

He says for example, that those neutrals would never favor a team for person reasons. A team would never get unfair treatment if they were in a do or die match and had not been in such a match for 50 or more years while their opponents had one this match multiple times. Such behavior would be unthinkable.

He stated that one must uphold the rules as given to him. The idea of a referee or umpire falls apart a little here, but a supreme court justice is not obligated to uphold rules which are unconstitutional. His job is to fairly judge what should be decided.  It does not matter what his own thoughts on abortion might be: he must rule on what the constitution would say about such matters.

Sometimes it is not always easy.
