I would choose either B. What is your workload during a typical work week? because they would describe what their job actually is about. Or the answer could be D. What do you like about your job? and they could also talk about their workload here, if you asked them this.

i say  noun clause

because "A noun clause is a dependent clause that acts as a noun. It can be used as the subject, direct object, indirect object, object of a preposition, subject complement, or appositive."
