The correct answer is D) Local and Criminal court.

If you were pulled over for speeding on Interstate 85, you would mostly have to appear in a Local Criminal Court.

The federal judiciary system is based on three different types of courts. One is the District Courts. The U.S. has 94 District Courts. Then, there are the 13 Circuit Courts of Appeal. The most important court of the United States is the Supreme Court. In the case of being pulled over for speeding on Interstate 85, you would mostly have to appear in a Local Criminal Court.
