Answer:

Perestroika - Perestroika significa reestructuración en Ruso. Se refiere a una de las principales políticas de Mikhail Gorbachev. Consistió en la reestructuración de la economía soviética.

Glasnost - Glasnost signiica transparencia en Ruso. Es la otra política bandera de Gorbachev. Consistió en la apertura del gobierno a la opinión pública, y a la crítica, y estuvo inspirada por el desastre de Chernobyl.

Privatizar las industrias - fue una de las consecuencias de la Perestroika. Ceder el control estatal de industrias ineficientes, a privados que pudieran administrarlas mejor.

Política exterior - la política exterior previa al colapso de la Unión Soviética fue algo más abierta a las relaciones con occidente.

Referendo - el referendo de 1991, liderado por Boris Yeltsin, preguntó a los ciudadanos si la Unión Soviética debería disolverse. El 77% votó afirmativamente, y finalmente la Unión Soviética fue disuelta en Diciembre del mismo año.
