B. Section headings

Section headings serve as guide to the reader, marking the different subdivisions and topics to be discussed. By simply looking at a text with section headings, the reader can see the overview of the whole article or essay. However, long paragraphs bore the reader and ruin the interest of the reader. Likewise, abstract technical vocabulary distracts the reader’s attention and makes the passage appear difficult to understand. Lastly, complex sentence structure is similar to long paragraphs. They make the reader lose interest in the material and often miss the main idea being explained.

Angelina_Jolie [31]

Explanation:

English has two articles: the and a/an. The is used to refer to specific or particular nouns; a/an is used to modify non-specific or non-particular nouns. We call the the definite article and a/an the indefinite article. For example, if I say, "Let's read the book," I mean a specific book.

My uncle Joe bought a dozen tulips. What is the appositive in this sentence.
ruslelena [56]

Based on the definition of appositive, this is a noun or noun phrase that is used to rename the another noun beside it. Basing on the given sentence above, I believe that it does not have an appositive. The nouns are Joe and Tulips, but no other noun that renames either of the two.

Hope this helps bro.
