The Satire is the use of humor to ridicule, expose and/or criticize the people, their stupidity and vice, and also politics and other contemporary issues, I has several devices and techniques, such as: exaggeration, caricature, burlesque, incongruity, parody, reversal and mimicry, it can be direct or indirect and also has two types, Horatian and Juvenalian. The answer for this question would be mimicry, reversal and exaggeration, the foreshadowing and imagery are literary devices used in almost any kind of literary work not necessary a satirical one.
