Doing good doesn't start or stop lb with giving material things, it hlgies far beyond and includes everything one does to make others happy.
In many instances, I have personally experienced the joy and the feeling of accomplishment behibg doing good especially in situations where it matters most. Doing good does not only gladden the heart of the recepient, the doer also feels that inner joy which resonates within him or her giving a clear and pure conscience of having made a good Decison of performing a virtuous act.
