Most likely it would be concerned with the relations between states in the United Nations assemblies. Only the members of the Security Council can vote on questions to do with these relations. Some of the questions that might be considered for voting could be the question of peace between Palestine and Israel and how to achieve it and how to promote peaceful solutions to this never ending battle of the Israel government against the small Palestine state.
