ANSWER: A) It provides anecdotal evidence of a teenage fast food employee living like an adult.

EXPLANATION: The excerpt shows how Elisa has to manage her fast food restaurant all by herself. Despite a heavy traffic in the restaurant in the early hours, the employees would arrive late. This routine is not only for a day or two but it continues everyday and Elisa is forced to have a hectic all the year round. Teenage workforce is full of energy and enthusiasm and has a habit to abide by the laws of the workplace. The author's claim to have teenage employees in a fast food restaurant is logical and is suggested for a disciplined and effective use of employees in a workplace.

LenaWriter [7]

The correct answer is 4) A logical appeal based on facts and reason.

An argument has to be based on facts which are correct - you shouldn't base your argument on incorrect information because then you will look stupid. Also, you should apply reason why forming an argument in order to make it sound sane and plausible for everyone to understand and perhaps agree with you.
