An analytical essay is a type of write up in which an author analyse a researcher paper, a poem, a movie, a book, etc. This type of essay involves clear explanation of the topic, analysis of the topic without bias, comparison of the topic to similar ones and presenting an argument or opinion and defending it. In order to promote clarity in this kind of essay one has to remove all materials that does not add anything to the essay; all extraneous materials should be eliminated in order to enhance simplicity and clarity.
