Answer:The overall meaning is that Mrs. Jones also wanted things that she couldn't get when she was younger and that every one at some point wants something they can't get.  Line 33 says "The woman was sitting on the day-bed.  After a while she said, “I were young once and I wanted things I could not get.” Mrs. Jones can relate to Roger and sometimes teens and children don't realize that adults also went through the same things kids are going through now. Also That you can always change someone who has learned bad things.

And even the motion of our human blood
Almost suspended, we are laid asleep
In body, and become a living soul:
While with an eye made quiet by the power
Of harmony, and the deep power of joy,

I would say that this passage of this poem perhaps hints of immortality about becoming "a living  soul" and "seeing into the life of things" suggesting that a living soul can never die and what we see in the life of things is something which never dies as long as there is organic life.
