to be good at =  être doué(e); être bon(ne)

It really depends on the sentence

I water ski because I like the water and I am good at it.

je fais du ski nautique parce que j'aime l'eau et <u>que</u> je suis doué <em>(douée = feminine)</em>

<em>je suis bonne my have  a v u l g a r sense  (I'm h o t ......)</em>

<em></em>

<em>you don't have to translate "at it" </em><em>but</em><em> you have to add another "que" conjonction de coordination...</em>

= Nobody must throw its trash in the street

nobody = personne, but in French , you still have to had the negation "ne", otherwise it's incorrect.
