As we know today in this era that exercise bring greater length of youth and vast health on our side .

so if your thinking of not participate in any sort if physical movement in any sort then your just increasing your chances of dying at an early age.

Most of our decisions are governed by what other think and the subtle gestures that we make can raerly distinguish or own thoughts to either if we're doing it for them or ourselves.

Therefore , you needs to ask yourself this; Will I sit here and be manipulated by society's aspect as too how fit I should be ? Or is it that I'm too feminine to partiviapet6in a exercise that was justified to only benefit men?

Here I say too you that .If you really love yourself a d your health then you would fake atleast an hour out of your busy schedule and endeavour yourself too fulfilling your physical needs. By doing so ,you create a better blood flow to and from your heart, thus oxygen as well.

for without this theses elements we would not exist and neither of us would of been able to do the things we admire in life.
