The message of this poem is about someone who grew up in China, but kept diaries in English, who so much pride in their homeland where they grew up in. This person seems to value the true beauty of their country. This poem is very meaningful, emotional, and has a good message of loving and apricating where you grew up and noticing the little things that make it great.
