Answer:

The correct answer is D. The Supremacy Clause ensures that the U.S. Constitution overrules each state constitution.

Explanation:

The Supremacy Clause provides for the Constitution and laws of the United States, as well as international treaties concluded by the United States, to be the supreme law of the country. This clause also obliges state judges to be governed by the US Constitution, laws, and international treaties, even if individual state constitutions and laws are contrary to federal law. State constitutions also recognize the supremacy of the US federal constitution. The Supremacy Clause is contained in Article VI of the US Constitution.

Why is trump a bad president?
vodomira [7]

Answer:

Because all he cares about is the money not actually the us citizens or people.

Explanation:

If you see whats going on he is doing his best by using all laws, that mostly the entire U.S doesn't know about, to prevent people from staying home. He is not encouraging social distancing and wants us to inject ourselves with bleach which was a real stupid statement coming from a president. He wants all businesses  to stay open. He is giving money to big businesses not small ones. He wants to make sure we don't go into recession almost like a great depression again. He doesn't care about people.
