When did the Meakambut first encounter Australian government officials? Why do you think it took so long for such an encounter t
Kobotan [32]

Answer:

The Meakambut only found members of the Australian government in 1966. This meeting was slow to happen because the Meakambut are a very small group that have nomadic habits and like to stay in remote and difficult to find environments.

Explanation:

Meakambut is a very small nomade ethnic group. It is estimated that there are less than 60 people in the Meakambut group. In addition, they do not usually socialize with other peoples, as they have nomadic habits, making frequent trips and taking shelter in very remote environments. These habits hindered the contact between that people and the Australian government that only met in 1966.

Alisiya [41]

The correct answer is - A) The seals would decrease in number and the phytoplankton would increase in number.

The significant reduction of the populations of krill in the ecosystem, will have different effects on different organisms, depending on their role in the ecosystem.

The phytoplankton is losing its natural predator with the decreasing of the krill population, so its numbers are increasing are rapidly.

The seals, on the other hand, are dependent on the krill as a food source, so with the big drop of the krill population, the seals come into a situation where they lack their food source. The lack of food source will contribute to the dying out of lot of seals, and also reducing the number of new born seals.
