Has leído el libro means have u read the book so someone's asking you and you reply no no lo witch means no no I so D. HE would be the answer cause ur talking about yourself and in English it meant haven't so the whole sentence has leído el libro ? No no lo he leído. Have you read the book no no I haven't read it.
