Explain how the expansion of slavery contributed to divisions<br> among political parties
Mrac [35]

Answer:

The expansion of slavery directly related to the division of the two political parties due to the beliefs of the parties during the time.

Explanation:

The expansion of slavery lead to division among political parties as their ideas of slavery further divided. One party was in favor for slavery, while the other was not reliant on it. The expansion of slavery caused slaves to relocate geographically to be around people who don't view them as free labor, naturally the pro slave party would be opposed to the harboring of slaves from the other people of the country. This is one reason political division was a result.

How did some whites respond to the influx of black workers
pentagon [3]

I could say a lot about this, but I'm gonna cut it short. Some white people responded very badly. Discrimination was still going strong and in  some white people's belief, black people didn't deserve jobs, so it upset them.
