Answer:

When people buy something, they value it more than it costs them. But, when people sell something, they value it less than the payment they receive.

Explanation:

The cost of a product or service is the purchase price of a product. It is the amount of money that the buyer must pay the seller for the seller to deliver the product in exchange for this payment.

On the other hand, the value of a product or service depends on the subjective assessment made by the person with respect to that good or service.

In order to carry out this subjective assessment, the buyer can put into play emotional factors such as with whom he will share it, how much benefit he will report its use, the desire he has to obtain it, the experiences that will allow him to realize, the problems that he can solve, the possibility of acquiring a similar product or service in another way, etc.

On the other hand, the seller will make his own assessment taking into account the cost he had or will have to pay to obtain the product or service offered, the opportunity cost of selling it to another customer, the time he has to devote to perform the service or maintain A product in stock, etc.

To make the purchase decision, the cost (purchase price of the product should be lower than the value perceived by the buyer because otherwise he would surely decide not to buy it.

On the other hand, the sale price offered by the seller should be higher than the value perceived by him because he would otherwise decide not to sell it.

This mechanism explains why in a free commercial exchange (without any taxation between the parties or third parties) it is always beneficial for both the buyer and the seller, at least according to the valuation according to the personal criteria of each of them. .

This is probably the main positive and most powerful feature of the free market system.

Nata [24]
Kaylee is demonstrating the fundamental attribution error while attempting to explain the man's behavior.
She decided to base her opinion on this man simply based on what happened and she didn't want to take into account what was going on behind the scene. In this case, the man's breaks have failed and that was the reason why he drove through a red light, almost crashing into Kaylee. She just assumed he was a reckless driver when that wasn't the case.

Brums [2.3K]
I would assume that this is a multiple choices question, thus the answer would be letter the first statement after the claim. "because human behavior may be patterned, but it is also spontaneous". Creating a central dogma in sociology would be like creating a central dogma of explaining humanity. As there are always the spontaneous nature of humanity, making prediction out of patterned behavior could be flawed. <span />

murzikaleks [220]
Answer:

Explanation:
advantages
1. Interviews can be done face to face or over the phone, allowing the researcher to ask further questions to gain more in-depth information. Also, it allows researchers to collect people’s ideas, opinions, values, and beliefs about a certain topic. The disadvantage of using an interview is that interviews can be time consuming for both researchers and interviewees. It can be difficult to arrange a suitable place and time between researchers and interviewees that usually results in small numbers of people interviewed due to time restrictions. Moreover, it limited amount of data collected may not accurately reflect the views of the wider population

What is the name given to the power of the courts, especially the Supreme Court, to declare laws of Congress, laws of the states
nlexa [21]

Answer:

Judicial Review

Explanation:

Acts of the legislature (which is congress), the executive (presidency), state governments and other arms of government are subject to judicial review by the courts, most especially the supreme court. In other words, it is up to the supreme court to determine what is constitutional and what is unconstitutional.

A prominent example of a judicial review by the supreme court is the landmark case Roe v. Wade in 1973. The landmark judgement upended several state laws that prevented pregnant women from having abortions. The supreme court ruled that it was unconstitutional for the states to restrict pregnant women from having abortions as it violated their constitutional right of privacy.
