I like jazz because it's soothing to the ears and a relaxing music.

I'd have to say Bill Evans because his playing is so versatile, passionate and overwhelmingly beautiful. His style is real and honest that it can make you feel things that you never felt before...and that's one of the best things about jazz/music in general.
