Tropical, because their aren't any large dangerous animals, only snakes that could be avoided. They can fish or eat local produce, that the climate provides, so they probably wont starve. They wont freeze from hypothermia as long as they make fire by night, and they wont over heat like they would in the dessert, because they have trees to shade them and it is cooler by the water. Unlike in the dessert, or tundra the chance of finding clean water is greater, so they probably wont dehydrate. Also most tropical islands have coconuts they can also drink.

marissa [1.9K]
His policy of 'perestroyka' led to more openness and ultimately the collapse of the USSR. He was the first soviet leader not personally trained by Stalin. He had to deal with the consequences of the worst nuclear disaster ever (Chernobyl),which could not simply be covered over politically or by secrecy. He admitted the soviet economy had supply and demand problems that needed significant repair. He admitted soviet industry had extreme inefficiency. He requested more honest and open press coverage.he increased the price of a loaf of bread.
