In simple terms, a network is a set/series of interconnected devices. What do we really mean by interconnected devices? Well, the devices that can talk one another or control one another. In a computer lab, there might be set of computers connected together; those computers might have an internet connection, which means that those computers are connected with some WiFi device through router. The administrator of your computer lab has an access to each and every computer via his computer. There might be a printer attached with at least one computer of class computer lab. All of these things combined together to form a network in terms of the class computer lab. Just keep the simple definition of a network mentioned-above in your mind, and apply it in your class computer lab.

You can setup a network by itself for a computer Laboratory. The requirements are simply:  computers, network cables, switches, softwares, and IP addresses. Computer engineers can also compute these computers with detailed users' access and restrictions. You can run only the required applications dedicated for this purpose. You can also define rules and policy in the computer Lab where we can restrict unnecessary sites.

Write and test a program that computes the area of a circle. This program should request a number representing a radius as input
Alla [95]

The program that computes the area of a circle is represented as follows:

x = int(input("Write the length of the radius of the circle: "))

area = 3.14 * x**2

print(area)

The code is written in python

<h3>Code explanation:</h3>
  • The first line of code ask the user to input the length of the radius. The variable x is used to store the user's input.
  • The variable "area" is used to store the arithmetic manipulation of area of a circle.
  • Then, we print the variable "area". This will print the actual area of the circle with the particular radius you inputted.
