But since it is difficult to predict someone's life expectancy exactly, Medicare hospice care has benefits for two periods of 90 continuous days, followed by an unlimited number of 60-day periods. So the patient who has a terminal illness can continue to receive covered hospice service, on condition that a hospice doctor continues

certifying that the patient has a maximum of six months of life. There are some patients who remain in a terminal state for months or sometimes years in palliative care.

2. Flexibility: exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible.

3. Strength, or resistance training: exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.
