In our society nowadays, I feel exercise is often overlooked and people are okay with their body type, which honestly a good thing if you ask me, but if you're unhealthy I don't think its okay to brush it off, just because the society is brushing it off. So today I have come to outline the importance and significance of exercise.
What is exercise? well in accordance to the Oxford Dictionary it is an activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness. Exercise is medically proven that people who do exercise have up to 35% lower in heart disease and stroke. Exercise is a great way to stay healthy, because by all the rapid movement calories are burning which can cause in weight loss, or remove unhealthy substances from your body through sweat particles.
It is also said that exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and negative moods, this is in accordance to NCBI (National Center for Biotechnology Information). Exercise is also good for skin, bone health and energy level boost. Exercise helps for people to age well. Lastly exercise may come in handy when dealing with day to day situations and problems, exercise may come in handy, like when you are carrying chairs or doing something that need muscle strength, even better when you're in situation that requires running from a certain danger, then exercise is most definitely needed.
