In this case, the example is related to wishes and it is formed by the word “wish” and the verb in the subjunctive voice is “were going”. As we can see the auxiliary “were” does not keep the same form of the person “I” because it is in the subjunctive mood.  

Option B is not in the subjunctive mood, it is using an indicative mood
