Hi I am pretty good at reading and love it as well, so I will help you! So a claim is an argument you are making to someone in particular. So lets see the first one is saying a fact not an argument about Elbow Lake. In addition, the second one is displaying more of ann opinion about how E blow Lake needs protection. So that can be a possible argument for Elbow Lake. The third one is just like the first one a fact we do not need that. 4th one no more information so the second now is an argument that Elbow Lake needs protection. Hoped that helped :)
