it is an opinoin some belive her to be a wise leader others not so much but if you look a the polls it is true she was a wise leader but mabye not in the eyes of her subjects

The court also ruled that the federal government did not have the power to prohibit slavery in its territories. Scott, needless to say, remained a slave.
The government took their lands and they were forced to migrate... They walked the trail of tears... those who stayed had to assimilate to the white (or English) culture...
