The correct answer is A) who wrote or created the source?

The questions that historians ask to establish the historical context of primary sources are "who wrote or created the source?"

A primary source is very important for the Historian in that it provides it with first-hand information from people who lived in that moment in time and witnessed the events. Primary sources are journals, diaries, newspapers, letters or photographs. Then, the Historian has to establish the historical context of the source by asking questions such as who wrote or created the source? When was created? And, What was the original intention by creating it?
