The first thing you should keep in mind is that not everyone will have the same opinion. You must listen to everyone’s ideas and just because they do not agree with you, you should not argue or bring them down for their own opinions. Keeping the first thing in mind, you should also make sure that nobody degraded you for your ideas as well. You must talk to everyone in a respectful manner and be able to communicate your ideas with them without engaging in an argument.
