Answer:

Let's add the complete instruction for 06.03

Complete a chart showing how the First Amendment impacted a landmark Supreme Court Case. You will explain what the case was about and identify two current cases relating to this amendment

Identify two current court cases relating to this amendment.

A court case in relation to this amendment is Christian Legal Society vs. Martinez.

This is in reference to public college institutions not permitting all members of a certain belief if it leads to discrimination against the members of a varying sexual knowledge.

The next court case to consider is that of John Doe Vs. Reed.

It's of the opinion that making open or revealing of the names of voters that came into an agreement by signing a referendum petition is not in any way against the first amendment.

What did the landmark case contains and how was this amendment supported?

It was a landmark case that made a reckoning of segregated schools to be unconstitutional.

It overturned Plessy vs. Ferguson which permits segregation in public schools sector. This landmark case in a huge way impacted positively on the civil rights movement at that particular moment.

Our landmark case to consider as the primary example is the case of:

Brown Vs. The Board of Education

First Amendment

Freedoms, Petitions, Assembly

Congress shall create no law in reckoning of an institution of religion, or acting as an hindrance to the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or that of the press, or the privileges of the people peaceably to come together in a gathering, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

A reader who makes the claim "We should stop the practice of tipping in the United States and instead pay workers a higher hourl
salantis [7]

Answer:

B). Many servers say they would not like hourly pay because with tipping they can influence how much they make.

Explanation:

A counterargument that aims to refute, oppose, or neglect the previous/given claim made by the author. The given claim asserts that tipping must be stopped and the workers should rather be paid an increased hourly wage and the claim which counters it most adequately would be the servers' opinion in favor of tipping which allows them to make more money per hour. Thus, it refutes the given claim and hence, option B is the correct answer. The other claims(options A and D) either assert negative comments on tipping which justifies the claim instead of refuting it while option C asserts the reason of the claim but does not deny it.
