Options, when concerning driving, are the choices that one has the ability to make when faced with a driving situation. These are based on the skills and experience that the driver has from past events. These options can make it easier or more difficult to decide on what to do based upon what sort of event is taking place.

NikAS [45]

Answer:

Explanation:

I am sorry to hear that. What I can say is that many times the security system itself flags certain characters or phrases within a question and it is because of these that the question is automatically removed. Usually, it is because these characters or sentences have been known to be used in a vast number of questions that violate the guidelines, and since there are literally thousands of questions a day the system helps limit the number of these violations. I recommend reaching out to customer support and sending them a copy of your question, exactly how it was written so that they can help you.

Replacing <em>F</em> with <em>F</em> + 1 gives

5/9 (<em>F</em> + 1 - 32) = 5/9 (<em>F</em> - 32) + 5/9 = <em>C</em> + 5/9

so a temperature increase of 1º F translates to a 5/9º increase in Celsius, so I is true.

Replacing <em>F</em> with <em>F</em> + 5/9 gives

5/9 (<em>F</em> + 5/9 - 32) = 5/9 (<em>F</em> - 32) + (5/9)² = <em>C</em> + 25/81

so increasing the temperature by 5/9º F amounts to a 25/81º increase in Celsius, so III is false.

Solve for <em>F</em> in terms of <em>C</em> :

<em>F</em> = 9/5 <em>C</em> + 32

Replacing <em>C</em> with <em>C</em> + 1 gives

9/5 (<em>C</em> + 1) + 32 = 9/5 <em>C</em> + 32 + 9/5 = <em>F</em> + 9/5

and 9/5 = 1.8, so a 1º C increase translates to a 1.8º F increase, so II is also true and the answer is D.

icang [17]

The correct answer would be, Humanistic Perspective in Psychology.

Chrystal believes that she is in control of her own destiny and that she can achieve any goal that she sets for herself. Chrystal's beliefs are in line with the Humanistic Perspective in Psychology.

Explanation:

A perspective that views an individual as a whole and emphasizing looking at people as a whole rather than on one single trait, is called the Humanistic Perspective in Psychology. This perspective also emphasizes on concepts like self efficacy and self actualization.

Humanistic perspective states that we should stress on the potential and the well being of people, rather than concentrating on their dysfunctions.

So when Chrystal believes that she is in control of her destiny and that she can achieve anything she wants, she has high self efficacy and high self actualization. Her views are representing the Humanistic Perspective in Psychology.

How is this wave of immigrants in the 1840 and 1850 similar or different from our modern wave of immigrants
valentinak56 [21]

The migration in the United States in the mid 19th century and the migrations in the present have some similarities and differences.

The Irish immigrants that flooded the United States, migrated because of the potato famine in their country, so people were literary starving and on the verge of existence. The similarity with today's migrations can be see in the massiveness of the migration, especially in Europe, where millions of people are coming from Africa and the Middle East, and it causes big problems.

On the other hand, the Irish had a similar background, and shared pretty much the same values, and the culture and religion were very close with the people in the United States, so the integration into the society was not a problem at all, and everything went smoothly. In Europe, the new migrants are coming from totally different cultural backgrounds, have different values and religion, and languages that are not similar to the one in the hist country. They do not even want to integrate (not all, but the biggest portion of them), and instead of integrating they are actually separating and creating zones where only migrants live and continue to live in the way they did before the migration, and that is causing a big problem. That is a big difference with the Irish migration.
