Then you have to clearly define your product or service. Then you have to define your market. Where are the people that are going to buy your product or service? How you are going to communicate with them? Next, you have to define who your competitors will be, where are they. Are these direct or indirect competitors? Next, the price of your product and services. And finally, what can of promotions you are going to launch to attract clients.
