Japanese aggression toward China and Russia in the 1930s is most closely related to the concept of Lebensraum.

Further Explanations:

Doctrines of Lebensraum were practiced by the Japanese as can be observed in its aggression towards Russia and China during the 1930s. Japanese attacked Manchuria on 19th September 1931 in those regions owned by them. The whole instance took place as when the Chinese plotted a dynamite attack in the southern regions of Manchurian Railways and japan took it as an alleged reason to invade Manchuria. Manchuria was of great worth to Japan because of its lushness in natural resources. Manchuria was having metals and oil in plenty.

Lebensraum literally was an arrangement of practices and policies of settler colonization which roared in Germany amid the 1890s to 1940s. It acted as the geopolitical goal for Germany during the First World War as it was an essential element of provincial expansion. It was widely practiced by Nazi Germany and the Nazi party. Hitler too justified his provincial expansion into Eastern and Central European provinces on the principle of Lebensraum.

What reason did justice black give for supporting the constitutionality of the new jersey law?
Goshia [24]
He believed that it was constitutional because although there were issues, there was no establishment in any way because the people were reimbursed regardless of their religion and the money was given to parents and not any religious institution. Since it was done this way, there was no breaking of the establishment clause.
