Sensory neuron sense the stimuli and brain & spinal cord processes the information received through stimuli

Explanation:

The sensory neurons presents in our sense organs helps our body to sense the stimuli and pass on this information via sensory neurons to the motor neurons to the message processing units i.e brain and spinal cord. After the processing of information, the brain and spinal cord sends action messages via the motor neurons to the respective  body parts thereby giving instructions to take necessary action.
