Daily physical activity has many benefits. For example, if you are overweight, you could lose it by doing it heathier! Physical fitness has been taught for a good 244 years! People have stopped using it because they either don't have time or just don't want too. That's the main reason for obesity. Other countries see America as unhealthy because we eat so much food, but don't want to work it off. And that is why physical fitness is important. So we all need to work on it together, as a country.
