He main character Mike in the story “The Moustache” by Robert Cormier is a seventeen year old and his moustache. His mother told him to go visit his grandmother at Lawnrest a retirement home she stays at. His grandmother has a mental disorder called dementia, when Mike came to visit she thought he was her late husband.In the story the setting mostly took place in either his home or his grandmother’s retirment home.
