There are a few things that you need to know about adjectives. They must agree with the noun in two ways: -Gender - If the noun is masculine, the adjective will end in an o (tall boy would be chico alto.) If the noun is feminine, the adjective will end in an a (tall girl would be chica alta.) -Number - If there is one of the noun, it is singular (funny boy would be chico gracioso, funny girl would be chica graciosa.) If there are many of the noun, it is plural (funny boys would be chicos graciosos, funny girls would be chicas graciosas.) Remember that the adjective is ALWAYS placed AFTER THE NOUN! (Artistic boy would be chico artistico). There are also some irregulars that you should be aware of.
These objectives are used to describe a noun, or to distinguish a noun from a group of same objects. It just good to remember because it is the only way that you will be able to describe and because they also change depending on the noun.
