In Wilson's 14 points, The points he propsed to eliminate war are the followings:

-No secret diplomacy (point number 1)
-Reduction of armaments (point number 4)

The reason why these could potentially eliminate war:

Secret diplomacy lead to the formation of alliance system, which would drag the other countires into war and expand the war scale. once a war broke out. For example in World War One, there was Triple Alliance and Triple Entente.
Secret Diplomancy is also the lead to mistrust between countries, and it could intensify the hostility between them, causing war more likely to happen. This is why “No secret diplomacy” is proposed.

This is however, unfeasible as there is no momitoring system between countires.

The reduction of armament is to prevent war for obvious reason that when there are less wepon war is more unlikely to happen.

Armament race had proved to be a cause kd the war as it would cause suspicion between nations as well as hostility, which could finally pave way to war.

On the other hand, this is not feasible as well, as nations wanted to defend themselves and had nation supremacy through having stronger weapons.

Hope it helps!

Compare the causes and effects of the development of constitutional monarchy in England with those of the development of absolut
Yanka [14]
It was the growing power of Parliament, and several incompetent monarchs which led to this. By the 17th century, Parliament had gained one power that the monarchy no longer had - they were in charge of raising taxes. King Charles I got into so many arguments over money, religion and political affairs that his own Parliament declared war on him. In the end, Parliament won and had the king executed. Oliver Cromwell became the dictator of England for 10 years (this period is known as the Commonwealth), and abolished an increasingly corrupt Parliament. After his death, both the Monarchy and Parliament were restored, and king Charles II became King. The Civil War led to a gradual increase in Parliament's power, which may well have stopped the country from having a revolution.
