Answer:

$6,420 under applied

Explanation:

The computation of the amount of under-applied manufacturing overhead for the period is shown below:

= Actual manufacturing overhead - applied overhead

where,

Actual manufacturing overhead = $237,000

And, the applied overhead is

= 12,200 direct labor hours × $18.90

= $230,580

So, the amount is

= $237,000 - $120,580

= $6,420 under applied

Which of the following is a reason the government can't completely control the business cycle?
barxatty [35]

Answer: B

The government cannot control interest rates and that is the reason is why the government cannot completely control the business cycle. This is so because interest rate controls the rate of consumer spending, borrowing and spending. Say interest is low, people will borrow more and spend more and this will have an impact in the rate of employment. Hence, in short if the government cannot control interest rate, everything depending on it, the economic cycle cannot be determined.

Rama09 [41]

Answer:

The correct answer is letter "B": They should be ignored in a bidding war.

Explanation:

Negotiations are vital in every aspect. They allow individuals to deal with situations in which parties need from each other but either of them is willing to take the first step to come to an agreement. Negotiations can also be useful out of problematic situations when parties voluntarily want to make a pact but the initial terms are unclear.
