Land ownership can be a great investment, as long as you enter the deal with awareness of all of the risks and pitfalls. By conducting careful research investors can take advantage of low property prices and purchase land that will be worth much more down the road.

The Bill of Rights should explain that just because you have "Freedom of Speech", that doesn't mean that you should use that freedom to put down or demean others. For too long, people who want to put others down have been able to hide behind the first ammendment, saying that they can say whatever they feel like because they have the freedom to do so. That is not acceptable. To put it simply, I once had a teacher tell me, "Your freedom of speech ends when it imposes on someone else's right to peace and happiness."

Also, those with a personality-based mental illness shouldn't be allowed to have a gun. I am not hating on people with mental illnesses, as I have about 20, but many people who end up shooting up schools and things like that have a mental illness.
