Spanish Defense Ministry confirms that Greek F-16 fighter jet killed at least 10 people after it crashed into other planes on ground during NATO training program.
That's not spanish... but, if you're rounding to the nearest ten, the target is the middle number, since that's in the tens place, the numbers left of the target stay the same

3. (English) my uncle told us that there was a restaurant behind an old building. he mentioned that the chef was very nice and the food was delicious , the only bad thing was that their schedule only opens in certain events.
(Spanish) Mi tio nos dijo que habia un resaurante detras de un edificio viejo. tambien dijo que la cocinera era muy amable i la comida era deliciosa, lo unico malo que haba es que en su horario dice que solo abren en ciertos eventos.
