, what similarities do you find between the two portrayals of Hamlet?
English

vivado [14]3 years ago

Answer:

Both portrayals show the same negative emotion of depression and helplessness.

Explanation:

Hamlet is shown as a victim of betrayal of his mother's unfaithfulness to his father, whose ghost appeared to him to tell him of the real cause of his death. As a young man, Hamlet was helpless. He was torn between believing the ghost and his need for his mother's comfort. He was grieving for his father's death and was unable to move on and accept the changes that were happening in the palace. Hamlet is portrayed as a depressed, helpless youth.
