Law Incorporation [45]

Answer:

It was a relationship of respect and submissiveness from the villagers to the government. The majority of the people from the town viewed the rulers as the law and never questioned anything.

Explanation:

although the capital is far away from the town, the people respect and admire submissively every person that comes from that place. They see them as a wholesome authority and are not disappointed nor hopeful about getting refused by them. The only exception to this is the young people who he calls "incapable of foreseeing the consequences of a revolutionary idea.".
