Daniel Morgan was the Representative of Virginia and was also a soldier for the army. He lead many victorious battles like the Whiskey Rebellion and he used a different way to win his battles. Such as <span>when most commanders used the musket and bayonet he preferred the rifle and when most commanders looked at colonial militia in disgust he looked at them with opportunity.</span>
