The terrorist who ignited WWI was Gavrilo Princip who was a member of the Black Hand organization. The Black Hand was formed in 1901 by officers of the Army of the Kingdom of Serbia. Their goal was to unify Serbia under its own rule and to get rid of the domination of Austria-Hungary, which at the time of WWI was ruling Serbia.
